The object of bodegas del Medievo is the wine elaboration of high quality. To such aim, it has in property 150 Hectares of vineyard.

The cultivated varieties are: 65% Tempranillo, 20% Grenache, 10% Mazuelo and 5% Graciano.

The vineyard extends by the highest zone of Aldeanueva de Ebro, 600 meters of altitude. The grounds are clay-calcareous, poor in organic matter, and little pluviometry, optimal conditions for the grape cultivation.
